F/F, 1248, 1686 cm³ diesel, 1364, 1398 cm³ petrol (4 cyl. DOHC). Larger Meriva, tackling Ford C-Max Mk II and Citroën C4 Picasso. Small turbocharged engines, with exception of smaller EcoFlex petrol unit, delivering adequate performance. Suicide rear doors; at the time, the only other models with this were from Rolls-Royce. More expressive styling, on the heels of Opel Insignia and Opel Astra J. Very good ride, refinement and handling, despite tall body, though some road noise. Five-seater only; the seven-seater market would be left to the larger Opel Zafira.
Marque: Opel | Model: Opel Meriva | Predecessor: Chevrolet Meriva
