Opel Fiera. 1968–72 (prod. n/a). 2- and 4-door sedan, 2-door coupé. F/R, 3769 cm³ (I6 OHV). Essentially the Olímpico with a bigger engine, locally made: Chevrolet 230 in³ six generated 145 hp. SS from 1970, conceived by GM in México, with locally manufactured transmission, braking system and interior; only the bodies were German-sourced. Hurst gearshift from 1971, optional front disc brakes from 1971, and model-specific steering wheel and graphics. Related in concept to Brazilian Chevrolet Opala.
