Opel Crossland X/Opel Crossland. 2017 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door estate. F/F, 1199 cm³ (I3 DOHC), 1560 cm³ diesel (I4 DOHC). Successor to Meriva goes the crossover route, with a more rugged appearance, perhaps mirroring trends in the previous decade in the US as GM replaced its minivans. Peugeot 2008 (A94) platform, before PSA bought Opel. No four-wheel drive here, as Crossland was positioned more as a practical Meriva successor than an SUV, and Opel wanted to distinguish it from its Mokka. Sold as Vauxhall Crossland X in the UK. Facelift in 2020, losing the X from its name.
