Restyled compact, yet another entry in GM’s X-car range related to Chevrolet Nova (1975–9), Buick Apollo (1975), Buick Skylark (1975–9), Pontiac Ventura (1975–7) and Pontiac Phoenix (1978–9). Not the best built, and 1977s proved more troublesome. Luxury Salon model replaced by Brougham after 1975. F-85 name revived for budget versions in 1976–7.
