1981 Nissan Violet Liberta.jpg

Nissan Violet Liberta (T11). 1981–2 (prod. n/a). 4- and 5-door sedan. F/F, 1598, 1809 cm³ (I4 OHC). Violet goes front-drive, and gets the Liberta tag, but this model proved short-lived, due to its size and engine offerings getting too close to the larger Nissan Bluebird—which was due to go front-drive in 1984. Lower Cd, at 0,38. No three-door this time—that was reserved for Auster and Stanza sister cars.

Manufacturing location: Japan

Marque: Nissan | Model: Nissan Violet | Predecessor: Nissan Violet (A10) | Successor: Nissan Liberta Villa (N12)

q.v. Nissan Auster JX, Nissan Stanza FX
