Entry-level Nissan range in the US market, originally a rebadged Nissan Tiida. For many years the cheapest new car on sale there. The Tiida gave way to a version of the revived Sunny for the 2012 model year, with the second-generation Note becoming the hatchback complement the year after. The third-generation Versa sedan, sourced from México, was a direct successor, and wore the Almera badge in its home market.
