Nissan Sunny (B210). 1973–7 (prod. n/a). 2- and 4-door sedan, 3-door fastback coupé, 3-door wagon, 3-door panel van. F/R, 1172, 1288, 1397 cm³ (I4 OHV), 1428, 1595 cm³ (I4 OHC). Introduced May 1973, with no clear improvement over its predecessor, B210 introduced fussier and odd mid-Pacific styling. Platform carried over from B110. Production ended October 1977. Exported as Datsun B-210 to North America but Datsun 120Y to most other countries. Sunny Excellent continued but the vehicle resembled lesser Sunnys; now with 1·6-litre engine, which was also available for the coupé in South Africa, badged 160Z. (The Sunny Coupé with the 1·4 L-series engine was the 140Z there.)
