Nissan Skyline GT (R32).jpg

Nissan Skyline (R32). 1989–93 (prod. 296,087 sold). 4-door sedan, 2-door coupé. F/R, F/A, 1809 cm³ (I4 OHC), 1998 cm³ petrol, 2825 cm³ diesel (I6 OHC), 1998, 2498, 2568 cm³ (I6 DOHC). More rounded Skyline, with less barge-like styling. Slimmed-down proportions had consequences with interior room, hurting sales, and driving buyers to the Nissan Cefiro of these years. For competition, GT-R returned with all-wheel drive and twin turbochargers, dominating Group A touring car racing and forcing a rule change.

Manufacturing location: Tochigi, Japan

Marque: Nissan | Model: Nissan Skyline | Predecessor: Nissan Skyline (R31) | Successor: Nissan Skyline (R33)
