1982 Nissan Liberta Villa.jpg

Nissan Liberta Villa (N12). 1982–6 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/F, 1488 cm³ petrol, 1681 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC). Four-door Pulsar by another name, created so Nissan’s Bluebird sales’ channel in Japan could have a model beneath the 910 Bluebird. Took over from Violet, whose engine sizes were now too similar to the larger car’s and was cannibalizing sales. Larger engines from Pulsar only, with turbo fitted to 1·5 in 1983. Mid-term facelift 1984.

Manufacturing locations: Japan

Marque: Nissan | Model: Nissan Liberta Villa | Predecessor: Nissan Violet Liberta | Successor: Nissan Liberta Villa (N13)
