Nissan Kicks (P15). 2016 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door sedan. F/F, 1198 cm³ petrol, 1·57 kWh–1198 cm³ electric–petrol hybrid (I3 DOHC), 1498, 1598 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Designed by joint Japan–US–Brazil team and the official car of the Rio Olympics. Crossover based on the V platform, shared with the Nissan March (B02A) and Datsun Go. Nice interior but engine harsh at the top end. Jarring ride and some body roll, with uncommunicative steering. Dongfeng–Nissan model had 1·6. E-Power hybrid model from 2020, launched in Thailand first, along with a facelift.
