Mitsubishi Pajero Io/Mitsubishi Pajero Pinin/Mitsubishi Pajero TR4/Changfeng (長豐/长丰) Liebao Feiteng (CFA6400)/Leopaard Feiteng (CFA6400). 1998–2014 (prod. 340,183 approx. to end of 2014). 3- and 5-door SUV. F/A, 1834, 1999 cm³ (I4 OHC), 1999 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Unlike the preceding Pajero Jr, Io (Italian for I) had its own platform and body, and was marketed as more of an urban vehicle. Three-door to begin with; five-door quickly added; by 2002 the three-door was dropped. Pininfarina made the European model. Japanese production till 2007. Brazilian flex-fuel model from 2007. Brazilian production of TR4 from 2002 to 2014, with further facelift in 2010. Chinese production by Hunan Changfeng, later GAC Changfeng, from 2003 to 2013.
