2021 Mitsubishi Outlander.jpg

Mitsubishi Outlander (GN0W). 2021 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/F, F/A, 20 kWh–2359 cm³ electric–petrol hybrid, 2488 cm³ petrol (I4 DOHC). GN finally replaced GF after nearly a decade. Outlander moves to a Renault–Nissan platform, namely the CMF-CD, sharing a base with the Nissan Rogue (T33U). Base four-cylinder identical and hybrid system carried over, but with a marginal increase in battery charge. Comfortable and roomy, as with Nissan, though acceleration from 2·5 petrol still insipid. PHEV hybrid powertrain carried over but with larger battery.

Manufacturing location: Okazaki, Aichi, Japan

Marque: Mitsubishi | Model: Mitsubishi Outlander | Predecessor: Mitsubishi Outlander (GF)
