Mitsubishi Minica (H11A/H11V/H12V/H14A/H14V/H15A/H15V). 1984–9 (prod. n/a). 3- and 5-door sedan. F/F, F/A, 546, 783 cm³ (I2 OHC), 548, 796 cm³ (I3 OHC). Minica joins the rest of Mitsubishi’s revolution and switches to front-wheel drive, five-door launched first as a departure to previous Minicas. The design theme was ‘Sneaker Look Style’, likely inspired by sportswear. Turbo models gained an intercooler, a first for the kei class, and front disc brakes. Three-door from 1985. Limited editions released in 1985–7. Canvas top model from 1986. G23B twin replaced with 3G81 three-cylinder engine in 1987.
