Revision as of 10:18, 3 February 2011Mitsubishi Emeraude. 1992–6 (prod. unknown). 4-door hardtop sedan. F/F, 1829, 1998 cm³ (V6 OHC), 1834 cm³ (4 cyl. OHC), 1998 cm³ (V6 DOHC). Hardtop version of Galant (E50), rivalling Toyota Carina ED (ST180 and ST200) and its Toyota Corona EXiV twin (also ST180 and ST200). More upscale than Galant or Eterna. Launched during a recession and competed internally with the larger Mitsubishi Diamante (1990–5). Minor mid-term changes in 1994.
