Mitsubishi Colt (A20/A21/A23). 1963–70 (prod. n/a). 2- and 4-door sedan, 5-door wagon, 3-door van. F/R, 977, 1088, 1189 cm³ (I4 OHV). Traditional Colt, slotting above fastback models which also bore the Colt name. Mitsubishi’s first mass-produced four-door sedan, with 1000 model from launch; 1100 succeeded 1000 from 1966. New Colt (1200) replaced 1100 in 1968. Complemented by Colt 1500, on related chassis but longer wheelbase (q.v.). Replaced directly by Colt Galant.
