Meteor LeMoyne. 1968 (prod. 514 4-door, 568 2-door, 115 convertible). 4-door hardtop sedan, 2-door hardtop coupé, 2-door convertible. F/R, 302, 390, 428 in³ (V8 OHV). Interesting amalgam of Ford and Mercury parts, the LeMoyne was essentially a renamed Meteor Montego, which débuted in 1967; when Mercury in the US took the Montego nameplate south of the border, Meteor had to come up with a new badge. On the Mercury wheelbase of 123 in. Sat at the top of the full-size Meteor line-up.
