The trident enters the SUV market, with an outwardly sporting model, featuring 50–50 weight distribution and the lowest centre of gravity in its class, riding on a Ghibli platform. Twin-turbo petrol unit built by Ferrari. Active air suspension. Quality interior for the most part, albeit some switchgear borrowed from Chrysler–Jeep, and a few plasticky bits. Controls not that logically laid out. Surprisingly, the diesel model not as strong a performer as looks suggest, with average handling; petrol model fared better, with good grip and feeling more nimble.
