MGB GT Mk I.jpg

MG MGB GT. 1965–7 (prod. 21,835). 3-door coupé. F/R, 1798 cm³ (4 cyl. OHV). Attractive, closed 2+2 version of popular MGB, with Pininfarina contributing some styling. Very popular and more practical, though rear seats very cramped. Engine acceptable for mid-1960s, aided by lightness of car.

Manufacturing location: Abingdon, England

Marque: MG | Successor: MG MGB GT Mk II
