2017 Lincoln Continental.jpg

Lincoln Continental. 2017 to date (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/F, F/A, 1999 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 2694, 2998, 3731 cm³ (V6 DOHC). Another Fusion-based sedan, even more stretched, with 400 hp 3·0-litre twin turbo and torque-vectoring AWD at the top of the range. Higher standards than the MKS it replaced and a car actually worthy of the Continental name. Two-litre for Chinese market. Thirty-way front seats, and electronically latched doors that pull themselves shut. Lavish interior. Heavy, at 4,550 lb. Ride not as refined as rivals’; suspension stiffens in sport mode.

Manufacturing location: Flat Rock, Michigan, USA

Marque: Lincoln | Model: Lincoln Continental | Predecessors: Lincoln MKS, Lincoln Continental (1995–2002)
