2003 Lincoln Aviator.jpg

Lincoln Aviator (U152). 2003–5 (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/R, F/A, 4601 cm³ (V8 OHC). Fanciest version of the Ford Explorer (U152), designed to look like the larger Lincoln Navigator (U228). Explorer base still evident, and consequently not as refined or as quiet as the European competition. Nevertheless, a good handler given jts truck origins, plenty of torque and power for towing versus the competition, and lots of luxury additions inside.

Manufacturing location: Hazelwood, Missouri, USA

Marque: Lincoln | Model: Lincoln Aviator | Successor: Lincoln MKX (U388)
