Kia Shuma (B6K). 1997–2000 (prod. n/a). 5-door sedan. F/F, 1498 cm³ (I4 OHC), 1498, 1793 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Attractive small hatchback, derived from Kia Sephia (B5K), but with front grille similar to that of Toyota Celica (T200). Interior on the cheap side, but an able handler, with DOHC engines delivering power smoothly, though lacking on low-end torque. Absorbed into Spectra range after 2000, whereupon it received a facelift.
