Kia K5 (TF). 2010 to date (prod. unknown). 4-door sedan. F/F, 1998, 2359 cm³ petrol, 2359 cm³ petrol–electric hybrid (4 cyl. DOHC). Substantial-looking, handsome flagship for Kia, replacing Lotze, with recognizable “tiger nose” family grille. Same platform as Hyundai Sonata (YF). Twin-turbo two-litre with fairly low power output but good fuel economy, and hybrid 2·4 among the powertrains, alongside regular 2·0 and 2·4. Exported as Optima or Magentis to some countries. Well equipped as expected at this level from Kia.
