Jeep Grand Cherokee (WK2). 2011–21 (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/R, F/A, 2987 cm³ diesel (V6 DOHC), 3605 cm³ (V6 DOHC), 5654, 6417 cm³ (V8 OHV). Revised Grand Cherokee, with new sheetmetal and petrol V6. Extra 5 in added to wheelbase, and 2 in to overall length. Greater off-road capability than predecessor (though a fairly good ride on-road), and interior hugely improved, with better materials and fit and finish. A refined, well thought-out SUV, and a big step up from earlier WK. V8 remains thirsty; bigger Hemi V8 from 2012 model year. Diesel dropped for 2020.
