Isuzu Florian Aska (JJ). 1983–5 (prod. 108,512 incl. Aska). 4-door sedan. F/F, 1817, 1994 cm³ petrol, 1995 cm³ diesel (4 cyl. OHC). Much more modern replacement for ageing Florian, based on GM’s J-car programme, and styling which made the car appear larger than its Opel and Holden counterparts. Refined and well riding mid-sized sedan, with reasonable power, including turbocharged two-litre petrol model. Diesel and turbodiesel models available. Exported to New Zealand in CKD form as Holden Camira (JJ).
