Innocenti S. 1963–5 (prod. 2,074). 2-door convertible. F/R, 1098 cm³ (I4 OHV). Revised Spyder, still on Austin-Healey Sprite Mk I underpinnings, but now with front disc brakes to cope with the additional power. Sales dropped once Sprite Mk III arrived in Italy with the same engine.
