2003 Acura RSX.jpg

Honda Integra (DC5). 2001–6 (prod. n/a). 3-door coupé. F/F, 1998 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Single body style for last Integra, now exported as Acura RSX to North America. Platform shared with seventh-generation Civic. Now wider than 1,700 mm and in Japan’s class 3 for taxation. Standard engine with 160 PS, but Type R had 220 PS output. Strong acceleration and very good handling, but noisy. Mid-term facelift in September 2004 with more conventional headlamps, losing their “teardrops”. Production ended in 2006 with small coupés falling out of vogue in the Japanese market.

Manufacturing location: Japan

Marque: Honda | Model: Honda Integra | Predecessors: Honda Integra (1993–2001), Honda Prelude (BB5) | Successor: Acura ILX
