Honda Civic (MA/MB). 1994–2001 (prod. n/a). 5-door saloon, 5-door estate. F/F, 1396, 1493, 1590 cm³ petrol, 1994 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC), 1797 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Domani-based hatchback built in Swindon launched 1994, coming on the tail end of the 1991–5 generation. Related to Rover 400 (HH) and MG ZS. Similar appearance to Domani, although rear unique to this model. Estate added 1998: large on the outside but not that spacious internally. Not sold back in Japan: these models were for Europe only. Well equipped, and included five-door sporting model with VTEC DOHC engine, including limited editions. Reliable and refined.
