Honda CR-Z. 2010 to date (prod. unknown). 3-door coupé. F/F, 1496 cm³ petrol–electric hybrid (4 cyl. OHC). Pretty, affordable coupé from Honda, winning the Japanese Car of the Year award not long after launch. An IMA hybrid, with styling apeing both the 1980s CR-X and the original Insight. Excellent six-speed manual transmission available, unusual for a petrol–electric hybrid; direct steering contributed to sporty feel. Fuel consumption as low as 4 l/100 km.
