Turbocharged 2·0, generating 204 hp—GAC was no longer reliant on Alfa Romeo powerplants; paired with Aisin six-speed automatic. Performance not up to rivals such as Toyota Highlander (XU50). Styling considered American by Chinese observers. Plenty of safety equipment—active braking system and pedestrian protection among them. Front-wheel-drive models launched first, with four-wheel-drive in 2017.
