Ford Fiesta (B256/BV256/B257/B376). 2002 to date (prod. unknown). 3-, 4- and 5-door saloon. F/F, 999, 1598 cm³ (4 cyl. OHV), 1242, 1299 cm³ petrol, 1399 cm³ diesel (4 cyl. OHC), 1388, 1596, 1998 cm³ petrol, 1560 cm³ diesel (4 cyl. DOHC). Plain-looking Fiesta, with Ford trying to ape Volkswagen-type styling. Very good chassis dynamics but anonymous-looking car and most models lacking in power and noisy. Five-door coded B256; three-door B257. Different grille for Brazil. Indian four-door sedan (B376) from 2005, slotting above Ikon (C195), different to Brazilian Fiesta Sedan, though both on related platform. Raised version, Fiesta Trail, from 2007, from Brazilian plant. European production of hatchbacks ceased 2008. Facelift for Brazilian four- and five-door models for 2010.
