Ford Festiva. 1986–93 (prod. known). 3- and 5-door sedan, 3-door cabriolet. F/F, 1138, 1323 cm³ (I4 OHC), 1290 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Mazda-developed small car, sold only as a Ford in the Japanese market. Exported as Mazda 121. Also built in Korea by Kia for the North American market, and sold in the Korean market as the Kia Pride (Y). Later built under licence by SAIPA of Iran. Sold with emphasis on interior room and cheap price, but the car had little remarkable to distinguish it. Festiva 1300 GT featured DOHC engine. Canvas Top model had roll-back fabric roof.
