Ford Falcon (XH). 1996–9 (prod. n/a). 2-door utility, 2-door panel van. F/R, 3984 cm³ (6 cyl. OHC), 4942 cm³ (V8 OHV). Last of the XD-platform models, which could trace their floorpan right back to the XA. Truck and van models only, but many aimed at potential passenger-car buyers with S, XR6 and XR8 trims. EF Falcon-style grille modernized the look. Series II in October 1997.
