Rough and ready, body-on-frame model, based around Mazda and Ford pick-ups, and, in many markets, Ford’s flagship SUV. Everest gained a more international role with its third generation (or Mk IV given Ford’s insistence that the facelifted second generation was a new model), as it replaced the Territory in Australia and New Zealand and entered production in China.
