1974 Fiat 132 1600 GL.jpg

Fiat 132. 1972–81 (prod. unknown). 4-door saloon. F/R, 1592 cm³ (4 cyl. OHV), 1585, 1756, 1995 cm³ (4 cyl. OHC), 2445 cm³ diesel (4 cyl. SOHC). Large Fiat, replacing the 125, with a very 1970s style shared with the BMW 5-series and Alfetta. Modern 1970s’ appearance though very conventional thinking under the skin. Facelift in 1977, modernizing things more on the surface, by which time it was Fiat’s flagship with the demise of the 130.

Manufacturing location: Torino, Italy

Marque: Fiat | Predecessor: Fiat 125 | Successor: Fiat Argenta
