Dodge Charger (LX). 2006–10 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/R, 2736, 3518 cm³ (V6 OHC), 5654, 6059 cm³ (V8 OHV). Chrysler 300 (2005–10) with a different body and low-rent (but roomy) interior, but on the same platform, shared with Dodge Magnum (2005–8) and Dodge Challenger (2008–23). Good value in the home market. Helped by the Mercedes-Benz input, which meant a more solid chassis, and good ride and handling, but four doors were a departure for the Charger nameplate. Limited headroom in the rear. Hefty weight. Hemi V8s pumped out 340 hp at the lower end, up to 425 hp for the SRT-8.
