Korean version of Opel Kadett E, resembling the original cars at first, with the exception of the five-door hatchback, which gained a six-light glasshouse. Built to a price, with more of a domestic-appliance feel than Kadett, but fairly refined as basic transport. Originally with 1·6-litre base engine; 1·5 from 1986.
Marque: Daewoo | Predecessor: Daewoo Maepsy | Successor: Daewoo Lanos q.v. Daewoo Cielo, Daewoo Nexia
