F/F, 1397, 1598 cm³ petrol, 1560 cm³ diesel (4 cyl. DOHC). Citroën revived the DS initials, saying it would launch a range of cars to recapture the spirit of the Déesse. In reality, it was a marketing move, with the first entry, the DS3, simply the coupé version of the revised C3. Designed to be a “non-retro” alternative to the Mini (R55, R56, R57) and the Fiat 500 (2007–), but more mature. More spacious, comfortable ride, and actually quite capable in the handling stakes.
Marque: Citroën | Predecessors: Citroën C2, Citroën C3 (2002–9)
