1991 Chrysler TC by Maserati.jpg

Chrysler TC by Maserati (Q-coupé). 1989–91 (prod. 7,300). 2-door convertible. F/F, 2213 cm³ (I4 OHC), 2972 cm³ (V6 OHC). Chrysler’s first production two-seater, and another fancy variant on the K-car platform, built by Maserati. Show car in 1986, but delayed to 1988. Design predated the similar-looking LeBaron J, but appeared similar; 200 bhp turbo 2·2 with Maserati-designed 16-valve twin cam cylinder head with manual or Turbo II engine with automatic. Mitsubishi V6 added for 1990. Overpriced, and not very successful.

Manufacturing location: Milano, Italy

Marque: Chrysler
