Chrysler Sebring (FJ/JX). 1995–2000 (prod. n/a). 2-door coupé, 2-door convertible. F/F, 1996, 2429 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 2497 cm³ (V6 OHC). Sebring covered two different cars, with coupé on an entirely different platform with no sheetmetal shared with convertible. Coupé launched 1995 on Mitsubishi Galant (E50) platform; twinned with Dodge Avenger (1995–2000), but with softer suspension. Convertible either with 2·4-litre four or Mitsubishi V6; coupé had smaller four-cylinder engine or the same V6. Called Chrysler Stratus for some export markets.
