Chrysler 300C.jpg

Chrysler 300 (LX). 2005–10 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 5-door wagon, 4-door LWB sedan. F/R, F/A, 2736, 3518 cm³ (V6 OHC), 2987 cm³ diesel (V6 DOHC), 5654, 6059 cm³ (V8 OHV). Technically not part of the Chrysler Letter Series, but inspired by original 300C in styling. One of the luxury models in the line actually dubbed 300C. Considered a hit thanks to promotion in music videos, giving the model extra cachet. LX platform based around some Mercedes-Benz W210 series componentry. Sold as a full-size car in most markets; wagon (called Touring and with rear sheetmetal from Dodge Magnum) and four-wheel-drive models not available within North America. LWB from 2007. A large, powerful car, but fairly rugged despite luxury ambitions. Related to Dodge Charger (2006–10), Dodge Challenger (2008–23) and Dodge Magnum (2005–8).
