Shown at Shanghai 2019, SAIC–GM’s compact crossover, slotting above the Chevrolet Tracker (2019–) confusingly took its name from a larger truck-based model, still being sold in other markets. Turbocharged triple developed 121 kW, and, unlike Tracker, a four-wheel-drive option was available. CVT for most Trailblazers, with flagship RS435T model getting a nine-speed automatic. Good interior materials, with Chinese-market Hyundai ix35 (2017–23) its closest rival. VSS-F platform shared with Buick Encore GX. Korean production from 2020.
