Chevrolet Trailblazer (RG). 2012 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/R, F/A, 2457, 2776 cm³ diesel (I4 DOHC), 2799 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC), 3564 cm³ (V6 DOHC). SUV based on the Chevrolet Colorado pick-up truck, with body-on-frame construction. Suited to markets such as Thailand and Brazil, where the model is built, but generally unsophisticated. Seating capacity for seven, but drab interior with cheap plastics. Also sold as the Holden Colorado 7, until the 2016 facelift, whereupon it adopted the Trailblazer name, and related to the Isuzu MU-X (2013–20). Thai production to 2020, with GM withdrawing from the market and selling the factory to Changcheng.
