Introduction of VM Motori-developed common-rail diesel for this market, with 119 bhp, licensed to GM (and Hyundai in a slightly different form). Advance the Colombian edition, with 1·6 only. Indian production to 2012; Uzbek production commenced 2013, as Daewoo Gentra, with 1·5; renamed Chevrolet Lacetti in 2015 when Daewoo marque retired, and exported as Ravon Gentra to Russia.
