Chevrolet Cruze (J400). 2016 to date (prod. n/a). 4- and 5-door sedan. F/F, 1399 cm³ petrol, 1598 cm³ diesel (I4 DOHC). North American version of third-generation Cruze, with slightly different sheetmetal to the Chinese version launched in 2014. Production commenced 2015 as a 2016 model. Five-door shown at Detroit in 2016. Well equipped depending on the trim level, with competent handling. Korean launch in February 2017, and these models were exported in RHD to Australia and New Zealand as the Holden Astra sedan, complementing the Opel Astra K sold under the same nameplate. Korean production to 2019, when the Gunsan plant closed.
