Awkward-looking sedan later complemented by little-seen (in China) hatchback, apeing various Mazda models in exterior design. Changan split the line into two models in 2012, with V3 tag added to the basic version, while V5 denoted a more upscale one, with a grille looking like a newer Mazda Axela. The V7, which was released in 2014, abandoned the copycat route in favour of a more handsome, if conventional, design. Usually called Alsvin for export.
