2017 Cadillac XT5.jpg

Cadillac XT5. 2017 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/F, F/A, 1998 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 3649 cm³ (V6 DOHC). Smart SUV replacing the SRX, engines shared with the 2018 Holden Commodore. Longer wheelbase and roomier than SRX, though by now competing in the compact crossover class, and more fuel-efficient. Well equipped top models. Smooth engines, with V6 standard in the US; very good handling and ride. Lighter than SRX, leading to better performance and economy, and considered a very creditable entry in the market-place. Two-litre turbo for China.

Manufacturing locations: Spring Hill, Tennessee, USA; Shanghai, China

Marque: Cadillac | Predecessor: Cadillac SRX (2010–16)
