Cadillac Eldorado (E-body). 1971–8 (prod. n/a). 2-door coupé, 2-door convertible. F/F, 425, 500 in³ (V8 OHV). Biggest Eldorado of them all, heavier and larger than predecessor, with poorer-than-average reliability. Largest front-wheel-drive car offered at the time, and the 500 in³ (8189 cm³) unit the largest production engine in a passenger car. Little interior room. Last convertibles for 1976; there would be no more factory convertibles offered by a US car maker till the 1980s.
