Cadillac Brougham. 1987–92 (prod. 233,631). 4-door sedan. F/R, 5020, 5033, 5733 cm³ (V8 OHV). The full-size rear-drive Cadillac, formerly known as the Fleetwood Brougham for 1985 and 1986. Fleetwood tag dropped as it was now applied to the front-drive models only. Facelifted in 1990 to counter Lincoln’s new Town Car, though sales continued to decline year on year. Largest Chevrolet 5·7 introduced 1990 as an option. Oldsmobile V8 (5033 cm³) replaced by Chevrolet V8 (5020 cm³) for 1991.
