Buick Rainier (GMT360). 2004–7 (prod. n/a). F/R, F/A, 4160 cm³ (I6 DOHC), 5328 cm³ (V8 OHV). Replacement for Oldsmobile Bravada was essentially the same car with a typical Buick face. Still a truck, not as refined as the premium imports it was charged to go after, and materials weren’t of as high a quality. GM Onstar assistance as standard, along with leather upholstery, dual-zone climate control, anti-lock brakes, and load-levelling rear air suspension. Poor handling and fuel economy, but good acceleration and very spacious. Best ride out of all of its GM stablemates.
Marque: Buick |Predecessor: Oldsmobile Bravada (2002–4) | Successor: Buick Enclave
