1992 Buick LeSabre Limited.jpg

Buick LeSabre (H-body). 1992–9 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/F, 3791 cm³ (V6 OHV). Most formal of the H-bodies—the platform was shared with the Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight (1992–9) and the Pontiac Bonneville (1992–9)—with more upright C-pillar. Styling followed that of the larger Buick Park Avenue (1991–6) but in a slightly more compact form. No coupé this time. ABS standard from 1993. Series II V6, a hugely improved V6, for 1996—power went from 170 hp to 205 hp. Facelift for 1997. Well equipped, roomy in the back, big trunk, but less than ideal ergonomics.

Manufacturing locations: Flint, Michigan, USA; Hamtramck, Michigan, USA

Marque: Buick | Model: Buick LeSabre | Predecessor: Buick LeSabre (1986–91) | Successor: Buick LeSabre (2000–5)
